Membership Categories
Any person wishing to join the Association must complete a membership application and submit a non-refundable membership fee via check, money order or credit card for the appropriate membership level. Membership in the Association provides a voice to the Arkansas legislature.
Membership Benefits
Professional applicants should show proof of licensure and NCCAOM certification. Students must submit proof that they are currently in an Oriental Medicine school, such as your most recent grade report or a letter from the Dean of the school in which you are enrolled, stating that you are enrolled in their institution.
First time Professional and Student members must complete the application form below and send your completed application and check for the appropriate amount to the address below. Credit cards are accepted only for membership renewal or for Allied Professional or Associate applicants.
Membership renewal may be submitted by either check or credit card.
